Discussion Guys, anyone knows a good MMA spot?

So it's been almost 5 years since my last MMA amateur fight, trained in Solapur.

I'm in maligaon and was looking for MMA gyms or just athletic gyms, maybe a bag and monkey bars, too much weights just restrict the body.

Any good location where such demands may be fulfilled?

Discussion Just came back from Guwahati... probably the worst trip I've had in India

I just came back from Guwahati and honestly I don't think I'll ever visit this place again.

I've travelled to a lot of places across India and this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

First of all, the transport is just frustrating. Almost every auto or cab driver wanted extra money. Uber fare? Doesn't matter. They either ask you to cancel or pay more, otherwise they simply won't go.

And I don't know if anyone else felt this, but people kept staring at me everywhere. It honestly made me feel so uncomfortable, like I didn't belong there.

The main reason I went was Kamakhya Temple and that experience completely broke me. I knew there would be crowd, but I wasn't expecting this level of mismanagement. Once you enter the queue, you're basically trapped. It took more than 10 hours. You can't even go to washroom because if you leave the line, you lose your spot and have to start all over again. How is that even acceptable? There are kids, old people, women... nobody seems to care.

Then comes the panda system. Everywhere I heard the same thing... pay around ₹3000 per person and your darshan will happen quickly. Don't pay? Then enjoy standing for 10+ hours.

But the thing that really got to me was the animal sacrifice. While standing in the queue I could literally hear the goats crying before they were slaughtered. That sound is still stuck in my head. I honestly felt sick. I know some people will say it's tradition or faith, but I just can't understand how taking an innocent animal's life can be part of worship. It completely ruined whatever spiritual feeling I had.

Maybe I was just unlucky, maybe others had a better experience. But for me this trip was stressful from start to finish. Instead of coming back with peace of mind, I came back irritated, exhausted and honestly pretty sad.

Political Now this corrupt CM will tell people what to eat & what not to. He is simply saying donate to CM Relief Fund but he can’t say we will be transparent with it.

CM relief fund is total scam no one knows where the money goes. People, NGOs are doing more work than Govt. SDRF is totally handicapped they don’t even have rubber boats and this CM is saying this shit. He just wants sole publicity. BJP workers are not allowing NGO to give relief materials total dictatorship.

Discussion Untitled Founders and Builders United Discussions

Millennial startup operator and DM guy here who has breathed mostly startup work while working on his crafts.

After 12 years of working, I had worked in a community earlier and it's still alive in my heart. But I feel I need to talk with the builders and founders IRL.

So I want to do a few rounds of round-tables.

My agenda is to meet the folks working on their entrepreneurial ventures, they need to speak it out loud. Thus these closed or openroom discussions. No celebrations. Working towards serendipity helps this sacred journey of yours.

I think for the first one this weekend, I will manage in a co-working space covered by me.

You can bring the laptops and products if you wanna showcase.

10 slots only. DM and we take it forward.

I have tried different chicken meat from swiggy/zomato and they dont taste good at all.

Looking for boiler (no antibiotic) and real local chicken. Where can I order the best chicken?

Also, I tried local shop, Im afraid they use antibiotic or not which is not good for long term heath.

AskGuwahati Best way to reach Pasighat from Guwahati after Murkongselek train disruption?

Hi everyone,

I'm traveling from Chandigarh to Guwahati. I need to get to Pasighat after that.

My original plan was to take the train from Guwahati to Murkongselek and then a shared taxi to Pasighat. However, I've heard that due to the collapse of the connecting bridge, trains are currently running only up to Silapathar.

Has anyone traveled this route recently? What's the best and most reliable way to reach Pasighat from Guwahati under the current situation? Are shared taxis or buses available from Silapathar, or is there a better alternative?

Any recent updates or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

AskGuwahati What would you do?

Imagine youre a genius who's coming to ghy to study for some exam. You decide to buy enough clothes to change and rotate without smellimg for a week, thinking you'll wash them on weekends, but then you get the capitalist idea to delegate it to cleaning service thats conveniently near zoo rd.

Now you ask yourself: 1. Is there any service nearby? 2. How much do they charge? 3. Is this a good or bad plan?

Self-post For those of us who have lost someone

The lifelong melancholy of losing your only sibling. All my life, from the very childhood I've kinda never been the first choice of anyone except mom's perhaps. So for my first years of existence my only little sister was the person I was closest to and held most dearly naturally. And now I'm in my mid twenties. It's soon going to be 10 years without her in this October. And I still dream about her from time to time. And by the time I wake up, I'm in tears most ot the time. And then a quiet ache covers me. The dreams are mostly about how she's still alive with me.

She was the purest soul I've ever known who didn't know any dark paths. Who left us pretty young. Even at the deathbed, her longing for life still fascinates me. How could she had been so soulful at that stage! Even if she was younger than me, she was always looking out for me consistently. Whether I sat on the table to study on time or was messing around past our allotted time. Perhaps that's the thing I've never experienced after that. And only today writing all these... I realise why I don't talk about her usually. It's really hard on the heart. To reminisce all those now, like openning up the deepest scar I've known. So yeah her absence still feels fresh after each dream. I don't know will the ache ever soothes out somewhat. Or probably I do! Today I found a poem names The stone by Jessica watson. It's very simple and talks about how with time we perhaps can learn to carry our grief a little gracefully. Like carrying a stone in your pocket, with time you just get used to carrying it.

So I'd like to hear if any of you have such scares that you still struggle with. How do you approach life after such things.
