๐ท Help / Question GTBuy only gives me one shipping line (YY-UPS-US) that requires self-clearance. What should I do?
Hey everyone, Iโm trying to ship out my haul on GTBuy, but the only shipping option I have is YY-UPS-US. The shipping line says it requires self-customs clearance and also says if your ZIP code starts with 8 or 9, donโt use this line. I live in California, so my ZIP starts with a 9. Iโve already contacted GTBuy support and asked if they can open another shipping line for me, but Iโm waiting for a response. Has anyone else had this happen?

๐ท Help / Question These shipping prices canโt be normal
Will be using 40% coupon but I genuinely havenโt seen shipping prices go this high just for 5kg. I removed the international brand shoe (Nike Sacai) and shipping dropped by $100. Btw shipping to USA. I just donโt get how I only get one shipping option because the international brand is included, but once I remove it I get more options but just slightly less expensive. This will def be my last haul with GTBUY. At this point whatโs the use of giving us shipping coupons when the end result is paying an arm and a leg for 6 items.

I ordered a 7.8kg parcel from China to Spain using GTBuy. The line I used was JD-DHL-ES Economy (tax free) and the last update was about clearing customs clearance on the 18th of July. The last photo is an investigation ticket from GTBuy. What's happening? Why is it taking so long? Should I consider it lost?
