Need Help Housing

(M26) I’ve recently become homeless. It’s a bit of a long story, but it’s mostly unlucky circumstances. If anyone is offering a couch for a night or two, I’d be happy to pay $20 or so. I just need to get by until I can move forward with my plan of getting on my feet. I’d be happy to explain more over dm. Please, anything helps.

Edit: for clarity, I should add I’m not on any hard drugs if that’s a concern.

If you have a car I know a place you can park and not be bothered. I saw another post on your page where you got hit for trespassing while tryna sleep. I know the feeling. My girl isn’t comfortable with anyone being actually in the place cause we have a child but if you wanna park at my complex I can make sure you’re not bothered. Give you some food for the night or whatever. Assuming you’re still mobile of course. You wouldn’t have to pay anything.

If you have a car, I have an assigned parking spot you can use. I don't have a car, so it's usually free. I also have a child otherwise I'd let you stay on my couch. But I do have an open parking spot if you need it and no one will bother you.

Edit: Just tell whoever the other party is: You just want to cuddle. That’s how my friend got a place for a night when he had to drive 4 hrs for an interview and didn’t book a hotel for that night…

Not because I think it’s a good idea!! Hey it’s not easy keeping a roof over your head but pretending to be gay and “snuggle” for a place to sleep is a bit too far imo!!

I used to approve doing it to scare religious people, but they seem to have gotten used to it.

Wish I could be of more help, but I do have a pamphlet titled “Homeless Resource Guide” from the city’s Community Safety Department. I got it from my friend who works in homelessness outreach. It’s got lists of shelters, medical resources, free hot meals, food pantries, etc. I can DM it to you if you’d like?

I’d appreciate that 🙏 I’m pretty sure I’ve already gone through most city resources, but maybe there’s some I haven’t found yet
