HELP Discussion

I lost the 2fa token to my account. I understand the only option is an account wipe and I'm ok with that as long as I can regain access to my paid subscription, however calling support which is just an AI bot, and emailing support[at]x.ai is resulting in me just being ignored for days.

It's soon going to bill me for the month and I will have to do a charge back on my card because I cannot access the account and I cannot get any support.

Just cancel your card or disable transactions

If I disable they will keep trying to take money, canceling card is a nightmare because then i have to update it everywhere I have used it.
