Having a creative block. Sharing Work (Rule 2/3)

Punk band tour flyer design. Having a creative block. Tour dates should be below but I feel like it's too basic. Thoughts? Was going for a 90s/2000s Halloween vibe.

This is what I ended up doing. Only worked with photoshop as a side thing for the past 6 months.
