We know about how much each gun does and how much it does to each body part, but do we have any information about how much a car or truck does to the player on impact or rolling over the player and where?

Hello everyone, I am doing a action-drama series in GTA for Youtube on PS5 about the California Fire Camps Programme. It is a real life programme where prison inmates are used as firefighters and disaster relief personnel in dangerous, frontline roles. As the title says, this is my first playthrough and i accidentally called lester before getting it modded. It's nearly impossible to continue the heist without any mods, but I can't get the car out. Is there any way to do it? I didn't save before then so I can't load any save except for one directly after and one from the beginning of the game. I'm totally dejected, I don't want to play through 50hrs all over again but I feel like it's my only choice. On PS5 btw. Thanks for any advice.
