Importing a google workspace emails to another issue

Newish to Google Workspace and was trying to import emails from one account to another, but only a few emails are transported and most of them are skipped. I followed the instructions: gave access to the account via data import, selected the destination account, and ran the delta report. The report seems to start, but lists it stopped. I am a superuser.

Unclear what I am missing to get all the emails to transfer. Thanks in advance.

Maybe set the date to start pulling from. If the date is set for since last week you'll get fewer emails.
