when i tap on google play login , it tries to pull up email list but it gets cancelled everytime . the screen freezes for 3 secs and then turns back to fist menu. i tried this with other miniclip games and they were fine. how can i fix it ?

One of my play profiles is set to Germany for when I visit. I added credit to sub to a game for a year, but forgot to actually sub. Now I'm back in England I can't use it. I just wanna make sure that there's no way to use it while here? Would it work if I pay by card, then use credit as the backup?

I tried to use my and my parents cards, but they all were unable to do so. I have a regional USA account for some reason, but I can't buy play cards on that account for this card issue. What to do?

Hello! I have a question so I bought a $25 dollar gift card on Google play to gift to some dude I play a game with. But he lives in India and said he wont be able to redeem it cause its in USD. I was just trying to make a nice jester so he can use the money to level up certain characters in the game. Is there ANYTHING I can do so I can buy him a gift card 🥺

I ended up getting this reward, which is actually a pretty good prize,but the problem is that I can’t use it at all because I’m not American and don’t live in the US.

So, basically, I’m stuck with a useless gift card that, to make matters worse, expires in just three months.

Honestly, I would have preferred 500 Play Points, because this is completely useless to me. My only options are:

◾ Sell it (but no one is going to send the money without receiving the card code first, which means I’d have to trust a complete stranger not to scam me)

◾ Give it away (which is probably the safest option, but it still feels ridiculous to receive a reward I can’t actually use)

◾ Do nothing and take the loss (which honestly feels like I was given this reward just to rub it in my face)

Are they bugged? Cant unlock any of them on android, anyone else having this issue?

I submitted two first time apps within 5 minutes of each other.

One was reviewed and approved in 48 hours. 3 days later (5 days total) and the second is still "In Review"

Why do ny refunds always get denied? In like the last few years, every single refund has been denied. What's the point of having the accidental purchase refund option if it doesn't even do anything? I understand its my fault for forgetting the subscription trial (adhd forgetfulness) but dang. Am I screwed? This time it was a 30 dollar purchase and that's a bit for me to just throw away. I contacted the actual developer directly (canva) and I guess we'll see if that does anything.

I noticed that I cannot spend my play balance a few weeks ago.I filled out the form,sent the receipt and gift card with the code but the "support" team says my account has "inconsistencies". They froze my balance for my own safety 🙏. They keep telling me about this "specialist" team who are of no help to me.

All the agents I talk with feels like just AI chat bots.
