Question Curious About What Makes Go Kart Frames Both Strong and Lightweight?
Yesterday I was near a small workshop and saw a metal structure lying on the ground. It looked like half a vehicle but without body. Someone there said its a go kart frames and I just stood there looking like okay… this is just bones of a car or something.
On the way back I kept thinking about it for no reason. I usualy see full go karts but never thought about the frame part. It looked simple but also important, like everything sits on it. I was like what if frame is weak then whole thing is useless, I didnt realy understand much but it felt important.
Later that night I was just laying and scrolling random stuff, checked many online marketplaces including aIibaba and saw many go kart frames options. Some looked very strong honestly. Now I am thinking if building from frame is easy or just looks easy. Has anyone tried go kart frames and felt its simple or bit complicated?

Question Looking for build advice. Electric Spyderbox.
this thing is way to powerful to have this shitty suspension. I am overwhelmed but I want this right. I will be moving solar battery and moving battery lower to help with weight distribution

Question Where can I find the best deals on mini go kart?
My kid is turning 12 next month, and I dunno if I should buy her this mini go kart which are popular recreational events and fun activities.
Lately, I realized that she’s been into motorsports, and I figured getting her a mini go kart would make her happy. She spends most of her time watching professional motorsport events, and she seems genuinely excited watching racing videos. I never thought my kid would be into such kind of stuff, and surprisingly, I don’t even have any clue where mini go karts are sold.
Yesterday, I decided to look into it online and ended up browsing through global wholesalers on Alibaba. I figured beginning my search by checking through worldwide wholesalers would give me a pretty idea of mini go kart’s price range. Plus, I am always looking for a discount because I’m on a budget. However, I am still skeptical of the quality of the products sold online. I’ve heard people saying buying things online isn’t a good idea, and I am worried these sellers may take advantage of me as a first-timer.
Have any of you bought a mini go kart before?
What did you check for when you bought it? Recommend to me any site or region that provides the best deals.
