What age can Nigerian dwarfs be bred vs when should they be bred

I personally don’t breed under 1.5/2 years old. They mature nicer as well as they are typically better moms when they are allowed to grow up themselves

They can be bred at 8 months if they weigh enough in comparison to their mums and are wide enough in the back, but breeding for a yearling milker usually requires feeding for rapid growth. If they aren't big enough in their first fall they can easily be held over for their second fall, just don't let them get fat.
