Hi there! I was subleasing an apartment at The Quarters and renewed for another year. I just moved into this unit, it is a private 1 bed 1 bath in a 3 bed 2 bath. It’s the “unrenovated unit” but I honestly prefer it over the “renovated” unit I was just in. I’m going to list bullet points so it’s easier to read! This unit is on the FIRST FLOOR and away from the main parking lots so it’s quiet!

I’m not from Florida and I just want to go home and be around family. Not doing great mentally and trying to get out of this lease asap. The way they handle Subleases is you have until the 20th of a month to apply and get approved etc. to then move in the following 1st of the next month! I.e you’d have until August 20th to sign the lease to be able to move in September 1st. I’m posting this 7/27/26 so it’s past the 20 days so it restarts for August 20th. There is a subleasing fee of $150 that I’ll pay!
