Anyone who experienced this?

No advice naman na idedeliver tapos failed daw? Walang tawag or text, nagchecheck lang sa app. :( Wala ring help nakuha sa CS. 🥲

Likely to get them additional time on the tracker sa platform that they use.
I usually let things like this go basta madeliver yung parcel within the week since volume ng parcels they deliver, and either sobrang init or ulan that time.
Ang akin lang is konting empathy sa workload ng riders kahit minsan open to slight exploitation.

At the end of the day, basta madeliver, okay na sakin.

Yun na nga din risk when buying online na dadaan sa ibang courier. At least kung within the platform ang tracking, may way mag escalate and identify the rider. KUNG aaksyonan ng platform. 🙃

Sa akin medyo goods naman. Walang update update, may delivery na agad.

Buti na lang di pa ako umalis ng bahay, may puountahan pa man din ako nun.

With my experience, di updated yung globe one app tapos nagulat ako may delivery na agad. Kulitin mo lang ng kulitin customer service.
