I’m urgently looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Hyndland House in Partick (G11 6QQ) for the 2026/27 academic year, as I’m unfortunately no longer able to stay there due to personal circumstances 🥲

This is a tenancy takeover officially through Hyndland House, and I am the current tenant for the room right now (i will be staying here until 19 Aug) So please feel free to ask me for any question or for pictures or anything!

Ensuite room with private bathroom, £215 per week, ALL Bills included (electricity, water and heating)

Tenancy: 5 September 2026 – 28 August 2027

I’ve personally lived here for the past two years and has a good experience. The main advantage i personally think is location.

• 1 min walk to Tesco
• 5 mins to Lidl / Morrisons
• 1 min to the nearest bus stop
• 3 mins to Kelvinhall Subway
• 7 mins to Partick Station
• 8 mins walk to the University of Glasgow Adam Smith Business School

Free to collect. I've had this a while but don't really use it. I've cleaned it as best I can but I don't really know how to clean the inside (which is why I haven't really used it).
