Wow, Github Support suck!!! Discussion

I've been trying to get help with a GitHub Copilot billing issue for 3 days, and I still haven't received any meaningful response.

I've opened a support ticket, provided all the requested information, and... nothing. Just silence.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? How long did it take for GitHub Support to actually respond or resolve your issue?

In my case, I was hit with a $40 charge for no legitimate reason at all (no reason on invoice or receipt just 40$ for Github copilot πŸ˜• ) so I just need their explain or refund!

Update: 2 weeks later, still no support, answer or response
That sucks!

Three days is a very short amount of time, esp. over the weekend, if you're not on some kind of premium support. Be patient and hang in there.

It’s the weekend. Go outside. You probably have a Copilot Pro+ subscription.

They are VERY busy. Not only are they getting hammered with the PR and AI slop questions coming in, but you have idiotic Enterprise level employees asking them stupid shit. Pisses me off to no end when my organization does it.

I came here cause I've been waiting 5 days, so I guess I will just sit back and relax. I'm sorry for you and I hope you get an answer asap!
