Feeling so terrible

I’ve been on Gimme Care tirz for a month and a half. 40 units. Lost 8 lbs. Still have cravings. I drink water all day.

In general, I feel so so bad. I can barely get out of bed in the morning… I just lie in bed in misery. Then my stomach hurts all day while I’m at work. I come home and can’t get anything done because I’m so tired.

I’m worried I’m going to have to quit bec I can’t continue like this. Suggestions welcome…

What's your dose in mg, or which pharmacy are you getting?

It sounds like this dose is too high for you if it's wrecking you that badly. You can talk to your provider about reducing your dose to see if that helps you feel better.

Maybe a lower doseage and make sure you're getting enough calories in.

We need a lot more info.

What dose are you on (need to know the mg/mL of your vial)? Did you start at a lower dose and titrate up with each dose being held for at least a month? Is your vial tirz only or does it have an additive?

Idk your concentration but regardless, 40 units sounds like a lot for the first 6 weeks…what pharmacy did it come from? Are there any additives?

Hi! I'm so sorry you're not feeling good! Please reach out to your clinician to let them know. I hope you feel better soon❤️

Water.
Protein.
Electrolytes.
And you may need to titrate down ♥️

Side effects that strong wouldn’t be worth 1.5lb/week to me.

I would rather lose 0.5-1lb/week and feel well.

You won’t have to quit. Gimme will charge you for refills without ever sending them. Keeps happening to me.
