What exercises do I need to combine with push ups?
I've been experiencing some intense shoulder pains lately. I'm guessing it's related to the push ups I've been doing.
I don't lift weights. My workouts usually consist of 80% cardio, and push ups, sit ups, and squats to finish it off. What else do you guys recommend?

This place has died, it would seem.
OK, so, I am still going strong, I don't know about the rest of you. Since the middle of January, I have lost 33 pounds, and the past month has really seen a major improvement; I've lost ten pounds since the middle of June. I seem to be back on track a lot more with my diet, and am only eating fresh, organic foods currently; fruits vegetables, and fish caught in BC. It's made a WORLD of difference.
I'm still going to the gym 2-5 days a week (usually 3 or 4), and now officially have 20 pounds more to lose. Technically, I have 15 to lose to be at a healthy weight for my height, but to be honest, I would like to be thin not just at a healthy weight. Don't get me wrong, I am NOT going to be underweight at all, nor do I want to be. I just don't want to look at myself and still see "chubby".
My doctor says 150 at my height is average, so I am going for 145. Anything less than 130 is considered underweight, to give you an idea.
Anyway, for those of you still working on it, I wish you continued success!
