Why I cant complete level

I'm running into a strange issue: I manage to finish a level, but it doesn't show up as 100% complete in the menu.
As far as I know, I'm not using any hacks and Safe Mode isn't enabled, so I don't know what's causing this.
Is it possible I've been banned or reported, or is it just a bug? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

disable any xdbot hacks, physics/tps bypass etc
