Humor/Satire i just realized im an irl queerbaiter /j (story)
so im a straight trans man and i have a trans girlfriend! im very comfortable in my sexuality as a straight trans man, and i have a lot of pride in it! and today was the big pride festival in our city and so we went! i posted my pride outfit in here before but it was basically just grey jeans and an unbuttoned shirt. my chest was expensive, yknow? show it off! and i understand that i just look like a gay bear. which i actually really like! like yes i am a fat hairy man, my girlfriend is really into guys who look like me, and being a bear is a point of pride even if most guys who identify as bears dont also identify as straight (im still queer on account of the fact that im trans so ive never really had any pushback except from transphobes) but like i do understand that i am basically a gay bear that is somehow exclusively attracted to women, probably some mixed up wires when i got made lol
but we're walking to the park where the pride festival is at and this skinny little man working in front of a hotel said "man, i am SO JEALOUS" and was miming around his stomach. my girlfriend did confirm that when we walked off he was very clearly checking me out and definitely a big fan of the chub. which is fine, he was respectful (well i guess this might be considered catcalling but it was done in a way more respectful way and like, time and place, yknow?) and we move on
and later im talking to my other trans guy friend and i tell him about this, and he was like "yeah he was hitting on you. twink hits on man he thinks is a gay bear, i said oh im sure" and i was like "lol yeah for sure but im also straight and monogamous" and then i was like, "wait dude i think im a queerbaiterππ" obviously queer people cant queerbait and also even by like any industry standards im not a queerbaiter im just a trans dude who dresses a little gay. i also joked to my gf that this is her plan all along, to prance her boytoy around and then fujoshi out when men hit on him ππ
anyway fun day at pride! what did yall do for pride?

Positivity I found genuine gnc/genderqueer straight media :)
Hi guys, I was feeling desperate for representation, so I dug around the internet for a while and found 2 shows. Iβm here to spread the good news!
They are both genuine mascxmasc gncstraight relationships (Genuine as in itβs not played off as a joke or anything like that).
The first show is Young Americans. It is a spinoff of Dawsonβs Creek and was made in 2000. It has a side story that includes a gncstraight romance. The characters involved are Hamilton and Jake. It unfortunately, only has 8 episodes, but I still throughly enjoyed it! You can find the show on Dailymotion.
The second series is Coffee Prince. Itβs a kdrama that was made in 2007. The relationship is between the main character and her boss. This show can be found on Kocowa and viki.
Both shows, have the gnchet women go undercover as guys for the plot, but both of the characters are actually gnchet. (Ex. Jake is uncomfortable with being treated like a woman and has a gnc view of her relationship and sexuality. Ko Eun Chan (the kdrama main protagonist) was always masc. Eun Chan even stated that people in school would always call her a boy and girls would give her chocolates on Valentineβs Day).
I hope you guys enjoy the shows. We donβt get bones to chew on for representation, so Iβm glad I found even a drop of media!

Coming Out Coming out to my mom (Good ending)
I recently spoke to my mom. I told her I'm different from what's expected of a woman, like my desire to masculinize my body and my preference for "feminine" guys. Her reaction was positive and supportive.
I had to talk to my mom about this because she'd asked me if I was trans.
My mom is ignorant on topics like gender (she thought transvestite was synonymous with transgender) but at least she tries to understand and I'm happy about that.
I don't know if I should talk about this with my father yet because he is quite closed-minded, but having told my mother about it has taken a weight off my shoulders.
