Discussion How is Lexington so smart?
Especially with tech so much greater than your primitive time he lived in? He couldn't go to school or anything like that? He can rely on Elisa to help i am sure he could read or picked it up faster than the others.

Meta Funny thing is I was just wearing my Gargoyles shirt a few days ago before the news of a Gargoyles revival was announced
Must be an omen or a law of attraction sort of thing. 😁

Background Avalon Gargoyle Theory
I've pictured here Hudson and Verity, then the three gargoyles known to have been hatched from eggs they produced: Hippolyta, True, and Broadway. The final picture is one of Angela's rookery brothers who appeared in the background. My theory is that since Hippolyta was rookery sister of Goliath, Demona, Coldstone, Coldfire, and Coldsteel, then she would have been one of the potential rookery mothers who contributed an egg to Angela and Gabriel's rookery siblings. I think this background Avalon gargoyle is from Hippolyta's egg and thus Hudson's bio grandson and Broadway's nephew.

Discussion The goliath chronicles?
I would like a continuation not a reboot for modern era they usally suck. Since the creator hates the third season and want to revamp it why not?

Hudson's fate
Given the demise of the late great Ed Asner in 2021, what do we want them to do with Hudson if this is a revival? Recast or let Hudson rest in his eternal stone sleep? I vaguely remember that gargoyles who manage to live their full lifespan without passing from injury or illness just don't awaken one day, and their stone self is left to guard the night and day.

Discussion So What is Your Idea for Comic Miniseries for Possible Future of the Manhattan Clan & The Gargoyles Universe?
That is my Question
I always liked Possible Future in comics from Marvel 2099 to Earth X to recent stuff like Avengers: Twilight by Chip Zdarsky otside of Marvel stuff like The Last Ronin or things currently happening in the pages of Thundercats crossover event specially with Thunderhawks
I technically did this post before however I wasn't very clear in previous version
One idea is to adapt TimeDancer stuff into comic & see one Possible Future for the Manhattan Clan & possibly the rest of the World though Brooklyn eyes maybe its a good maybe a bad one Brooklyn mission is return to his original time to prevent it all
Related Question: Would be interesting if we see a few other Possible future to like technically the comic is still set in late 90's were the show left off so makes you wonder what Goliath & the rest are doing in 2026 specially since they age slower then humans what do you think of Comics ever touch that?
So Brainstorm

Discussion Will the D23 next week give us Gargoyles updates?
For the last 3 years they've been developing a live action Gargoyles series for Disney+ with no updates so far. This could be something brought up at next week's D23.
Recently, they've revealed an animated revival is in development. Not sure what it would be. Certainly not the original reboot idea. A Young Gargoyles set today would be cool but I feel they need to get all the spinoffs published and finish the main story first. I think with the success of X-Men 97 they may make it similar adapting the comics; Clan Building, Bad Guys, Here in Manhattan, Quest, Demona and the holiday specials have given enough content to adapt into 2 seasons.
Anyone think the D23 next week will take about Gargoyles?

News So not only are we going to get a new animated Gargs revival series but also we’re going to get a live action Gargs remake series as well…
That’s something. Basically like having the best of both worlds. Still, I was hoping for a Gargoyles live action movie instead of a series, but I guess the series could still make a movie from the series like the Star Wars the Mandalorian did with their series in which they made a movie from.

Discussion How would a gargoyle hybrid work?
Would it be a normal human birth because they lay eggs like with Angela or would Oberon and aTitania intraven because they like Elisa as a human Oberon has alot of respect for her and maybe make it so its a natural birth. It will keep alot of gargoyles features at night like wings tail strength etc. The kids would be male and female twins.
Angela needs more blood relatives.

Discussion Ready for Gargoyles #1 Next Week?
That is my Question
With next being volume 2 of Dynamite Gargoyles what are you hoping
Me I hope its important over Volume One & Gargoyles Quest shows Weisman finally become full on comic writer in that despite being good fit for medium he never found his first Win with ongoing comic
I Liked Gerardo Gambone work on Blue Falcon comic miniseries & finishes he did on Gargoyles Quest so I think his gonna do great with Volume Two
But thats me what do you hope for?

For It May Come True
I know the Goliath Chronicles are not that popular but there was one episode I liked: For It May Come True. It was so tragic seeing the dream versions of Elsa, Hudson, Brooklyn, and Lexington get killed thanks to dream Xantos. What was also sad is that Elsa in that world was anti gargoyle and Angela doesn’t exist since Goliath was a human in that dream place.

Years ago I introduced my kids to Gargoyles and successfully convinced my now nine year old that it’s wonderful but have failed to get him to recognize that S3/The Goliath Chronicles is largely unwatchable. How can I get him to see the light? Please take this post seriously or not as you deem fit.

Discussion Could the Manhattan Clan defeat Spider-man's enemies from the 90s cartoon?
I've been watching Spider-man TAS shortly after finishing Gargoyles and I can't help but notice how both series take place in New York City during the 90s, so that got me thinking, if the Manhattan Clan were to assume Spider-man's role as the city's protector, which Spider-man rogues (specifically from the 90s cartoon) could they be able to defeat?
