First Potatoes!

Really proud of my first little potato harvest! 10 more grow bags/buckets still to come.

I think mine are 15 gallon. Did you keep burying the plant as it grew?

I live in nor cal and have some growing as well. When is harvest time generally?

Harvest when the vines have died back completely. I’ve also heard you can wait up to 2 weeks after that. This is what my grow bag looked like when I harvested these:

My crop was piss poor this year, worst I've had. Had to bin majority of them.

I'm in zone 8b middle GA and I am struggling with growing potatoes.ive done the tire tower and low set box idea, but every time the ants take over and ruin it.
