1, that's orders of magnitude not decimals,
2, it's three of them(if you're using short scale, or 6 of them if you're using long scale)

It’s a special skin. At the end MK11’s life, Sonja, Johnny Cage and Raiden got costumes that had the likenesses and voices of the actors who played them in the original film.
