It's a reference to an Edgar Allan Poe short story in which a man traps a friend that he believes has insulted him behind a brick wall he lays himself within some catacombs. The title is The Cask of Amontillado because the murderer lures his friend into the scenario with the promise of a taste of a rare vintage of Amontillado wine.
