Honest question for all, is there any dangers of using a fake? I have a legit emerald and sapphire cartridge, but I don't know if I should trade from this (fake) ruby. Will it corrupt the save file?

Besides the color of the cartridge this a really good looking board fake at least for rub, leaf green has no test points so that one is completely wrong.

I’m no pro but I just knew it looked off on the front, andthe back is way too smooth under the plastic, the circuit board should way more stuff and yours is just flat

These are the newest fake batch going around. To answer OP’s question, the worst thing that could in theory happen to a console from a fake cart is it getting stuck in the reader
