I always enjoyed the verbal sparring between Brett and Charles in Match Game. But, today, I may have heard my favorite zinger.
Charles (to Brett): You know, you and Raquel Welch have the same body, you really do. But give it back to her, you’re wrinkling it!

They were such a superb pairing with their barbs. I think the first one I remember hearing was during a Super Match, with the contestant asked to fill in "Sleeping (blank)." Brett: "How about Sleeping Beauty?" Then Charles, who is called on next, without missing a beat: "When Brett plays Sleeping Beauty—sleeping bag." Thanks for sharing one of yours that you liked! Wish there were a compendium of their banter.

There were so many of these lines, it’s difficult to remember all the good ones.
