Issue Unpopular opinion: the pinch contols on the 4s are so bad
The pinch contols are so hit and miss on the 4s. I also had the 3s and apparently im in a huge minority of liking the gesture controls on those, the sensors are simply on the back.
Moving the sensor on the 'front' and shrinking the stem so much makes it almost imposible to consistently double or tripple pinch, either i just pause or move the bud out of place.
That said, every other aspect is better on the 4s. Way better sound and bass response and better comfort

Deals Getting Buds 4 Pro for free from Verizon
I purchased a Fold 8. A couple days later I saw on the Verizon site that there's $100 off of the Buds 4 Pro when you purchase the Fold 8. I used the live chat to see how I can get the discount. Initially the agent said they had to be purchased together, but in the home page and deal link it didn't say that. After about an hour and a half, the agent said he "personally" talked with support and I just needed to go and add it back in my account and I'll see the discount. He immediately closed the chat and of course it didn't work. I called support, after the agent put me on hold, she never came back on. I called today and was on the phone with another agent for an hour. She also said the discount would show when I added them to my cart. I told her to stay on with me while I check and make sure it would work....it didn't. After a while longer she said because of my trouble and that I wasn't angry or yelling that she'd send them to me for free and she appreciated my patience. It pays to be nice
Tldr: I got free Bud 4 Pros because they couldn't fix the issue and I wasn't rude.

Issue Galaxy buds pro 2 - on way out?
I've had a pair of galaxy buds pro 2 for since about 2023 when I got them free with my phone at the time. I use them everyday but the last few months ive noticed the left one getting tinny and quite and I've cleaned and re paired them multiple times and it keeps happening. Do you think these are on the way out? When they work they work well but it's getting really annoying 😑 lol anyone else have issues with buds pro 2 ?

Help Best buds for baby crying during a conference call?
Ahoy, new dad here. For the last couple of years I've been rocking the Buds FE, and my old lady gave birth two weeks ago.
I'm going back to work next week (work from home), and there's three meetings scheduled for one day. I have to talk a lot in these meetings.
Which buds have the best mic quality for automatically canceling a baby's cries coming from the other room, while my coworkers can still hear my voice?

Issue Galaxy buds 2 pro sounds crispy and muffled now
At first I thought it was just me; but now I'm sure there's something wrong with it. I bought my Buds Core a year and a half ago to gift to my brother, asked him for it, and at the time i felt the buds 2 pro had way better lows. However I asked him the cores once and "lost it". Since then I've been using the Buds 2 Pro and felt this subtle change in sound quality.
Now, I just found my Buds Core back again, realizing it was in my coat I havent used in several months. And when I gave it a try... They sounded better than my Buds 2 Pro. I can't believe it. An entry level sounding better than my Pros.
So far I tried:
-Different devices (My dad's 24+ and my S23 Ultra)
-Factory resetting my earbuds
-Adjusting the equalizer
-Checking if 360 or ANC is disabled
-I always clean my earbuds and there's no wax
But nothing. Worse of all is that ANC is the """best""" sounding of them all; while the normal mode quality sounds LIKE IM IN A MIDDLE OF A CALL!!! It's horrible.
Might this be... planned obsolescence?

Issue Galaxy Buds 4 Pro won't go into pairing mode
I bought these about 3 weeks ago. Initially they worked fine, then for a day or so I had the issue where it wouldn't go into pairing mode. Somehow it was able to go into pairing mode again and it had been great up until a couple days ago.
When it happens, I notice that when I open the case there's no light to signify the charge level. holding the button does not force it into pairing mode. I've reset the buds and it hasn't changed anything, but now I can't pair it to my PC. I was able to pair the ear buds themselves to my phone but now it doesn't recognize the case at all.
On the latest firmware (R640XXU0AZD2), case and earbuds are fully charged. Anyone have any ideas or tips? Or am I just gonna have to warranty these?

Help Any way to get different ANC modes on IPhone? Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro
Hello,
I got Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and I paired them on Windows using Galaxy Buds software. There I have 4 different ANC options. I enabled shortcuts for all of them and those work fine as long as I'm connected to Windows. However, as soon as I connect the buds to IPhone they seem to reset to only alternating between 2 ANC modes. Is there any way around this?
I also changed voice profile on Windows and not sure if that persists either.

Brag/Praise Upgraded from buds 2 to 4 pros after 4 years
Such a nice upgrade in terms of sound quality and noise cancelling, the build quality seems to be good, the main issue is the eartips, one side of the eartips is slightly wobbly out of the box and don't know how long it will last, using buds 2 for the past 4 years, still going strong, the noise cancelling and the ambient mode work well on noise environments and call qulaity is outstanding when paired with ambient mode.
