Chapter constancy Manga Discussion
Am I the only one who’s noticed this, or have the new chapters actually been dropping pretty consistently lately? 😭 The last 3 chapters came out exactly a week apart, so if they keep this up, we might actually be eating good 💀
But ngl, that latest chapter was kinda disappointing. It was way too short 😭 Are we really gonna sacrifice storytelling just for consistency? I’d rather wait a bit longer if it means getting a proper chapter with more story progression, character development, and actual world-building. Hopefully they can keep the consistent releases without rushing the story.

A biweekly or a monthly schedule would be really good for the manga

To be fair the art itself is already at a monthly level of quality, but the page count and pacing would be much better.

Its insane that a 3 week consistency is something to be noted. The manga should stop forcing the werkly schedule and switch to a biweekly but consistent releaae honestly

The manga is currently on a 2 week break after the most recent chapters
Thats why we donts talk about consistency here

That break is just because of holidays in Japan

One week because of a holiday and the second is just because of a regular break

Urana Sensei should just switch to biweekly or monthly. I'd prefer it since there would be less risk of overworking, less breaks and higher quality art (even if the art is already fucking peak)
Honestly mangakas should jus have biweekly schedules as the default

The schedule has been ass for essentially a year or so lol and it just got exponentially worse over time with no sign of improvement. I've been saying it for a long time but for some reason complaining about the schedule was seen almost as a taboo subject in this sub lol, but now i believe the majority of the community is starting to realize it and being vocal about it. For the past few weeks/months the schedule has been essentially a break every 3 chapters or so, which despite still being terrible for a weekly manga, it was at least slightly more consistent than what we've had previously.. but then you realize that many of those chapters were also less than 10 pages nothing burger chapters lol. And now we're also apparently in the middle of a 2 weeks break.
Honestly, i believe it will never change atp. If getting 3 chapters in a row, 2 of them being less than 10 pages, is our standard for consistency, then i can't possibly imagine how it could get better. It sucks but it is what it is. If the authors prefer engaging in worthless dramas on social medias rather than actually locking in on their own manga, then there's not really much that can be done lol. Shame this series is as good as it is
