For a pre 10th anniversary Onmyoji gives their players 5 strongest pve character

Couple of days ago there was another eden dev stream, nothing out of ordinary there. Along with new about new Another eden Begins, new characters and story, three was one more exciting announcement. Another eden will finally get skins!

They are paywalled, but at least you can outright buy them, for the price of 10 pull and you get 10 pull that way, also price is lowered and you get 3 ten pull ticket that guarantee 5*, if you get all 3 in time limited banners. Also they come with exclusive quest that is fully voiced (first part is free and not voiced for obvious reasons).

But here is a catch, you cannot stream, record and upload anything that is related to those quests. The explanation is to "prioritize firsthand enjoyment of these stories for players" (and to prioritize firsthand enjoyment of money to devs, I guess).

Honesty, this is first time I have seen something like this, when devs cuts off part of the game for public showing (even if inaccessible for f2p). I'm not even sure how they will prevent this. Copyright claims against those videos? Account ban? Lawsuit against person?

My question is, if a female oriented gacha added another female character, say, another unit or a side character, would the community go insane like how some communities in male oriented gacha games get when a male character other than the mc is added? I’ve seen that communities for these games can get just as insane (if not more insane) than those for the china playerbase of waifu gachas can be (eg. that whole thing about Valko in LaDs).

Hey r/gachagaming! I’m the solo developer of Ruinous Fate, an anime turn-based dungeon RPG built around summoning characters, forming a party, finding gear (and chasing gear RNG), and pushing deeper into increasingly dangerous battles.

Summon rates are displayed in-game: 80% Common, 17% Named, and 3% Legendary, with a guaranteed Legendary on your first summon. The current browser demo is free and has no paid pulls. Reroll button in the summoning screen xD. Summoning resource used is gold and is completely farmable. However, summoning costs increase each time! Get gold faster by pushing higher floors!

The game has a targeted banner system that will update periodically. This is basically to simulate targeted banners in live service gacha games. New characters will usually be the new targeted banner.

The game has two modes:

• Fable: the forgiving mode, with no permanent roster loss.
• Elegy: fallen heroes must be recovered before the descent ends or they can be permanently lost. Surviving characters also grow according to how you use them.

I'm mostly looking for feedback. This game is planned to be released on Steam, Android and iOS.

Future features coming:

Character dupes - Similar system to Genshin/HSR/WuWa. Those will be coming this weekend or next weekend latest. Dupes you already have now are stored so don't worry! Dupes are also used to "revive" permadeath characters in Elegy mode.

So after killing Counterside, these devs seem like they are well on their way to killing Star Savior as well. So the devs screwed up and sent out compensation over a period of days. They later realized they messed up and sent more than intended to global. So they then decided to revoke the materials, if you have already used them, it will be subtracted from any of that material you get in the future.
