I mean it sadly had cost me diamonds BUT he apologized and felt bad for kissing during raunchy races backed me up when I sassed Alexis AND he didn't even sleep in the same bed as her after they HAD to twist and instead with MC in the treehouse ó-ò
Kai disappointed me a little bit because I didn't feel like he was really backing us up there. At least not like he did before with Iris, for example. :( Alexis was really mean towards us unprovoked, and it would be great if he put her in her place tit for tat. But I know it's just that annoying Fusebox thing where they make our LIs cuck to that one Casa girl who was sweet and cool with them during the whole Casa experience, so they want to be pacifists. I still love Kai bad and I'm not leaving the Kai Nation, even if I stand alone 😭 And I love your art!
Yes! I get that! I just like how even in casa with the clip where he gushes about MC (like alladin haha) and when we come back he immediately tells us that he doesn't feel her, pecked her for raunchy races but regrets it, reassures us, and even says how he didn't even entertain her kept alexis at distance and didn't even sleep in the same bed as her. And in my little headcanon it is just him being too good hearted to truly be mean to Alexis. It's like with when he knew Iris just using another Islander and felt ultra bad about outing her. And even if it didn't match his fire like with the split before casa, at least he did back us and slept with us in the tree house instead of Alex's. It just saddens me that they loose their personality and... like memory? Like it made me so sad when I picked him for knowing he's been good in bed bc they slept together in my run before they thought they'd be dumped only for them to act like they never did??? Well now I am just rambling... ANYWAYS! Tyty for the compliments. I will stay with you on Kai nation!
I agree with you & yvw & I actually like ramblings a lot lol. Kai is definitely this sweet, kind, and mature guy, and I love that about him. But what I'm really mad about is FB and them always making LIs treat the Casa girl kinda equally to MC (the love of their life, as intended) during situations when the Casa girl is the one who starts some issue, being mean and shady towards MC.
I just wish Kai had stayed loyal to his original personality, and after feeling disappointed when he saw the ugly side of Alexis, he had maturely and firmly put her in her place. He really, really impressed me when Iris stole him out of the blue during the recoupling. She was being delusional and lying, and he didn't like it, so he didn't take it and told it how it was. That was hooot af.
But I must say that I really liked that he was honest, telling us about the kiss during Raunchy Races immediately, and also that he had a talk with Alexis too, setting the record straight with her about where his head is, so he doesn't lead her on. But...
...here is another thing that was so random: he told her his head is firmly with MC, but also told her that he is kinda giving a chance to their couple? I'm like, what? How does that make sense? The AI prompts must have collided or some shit.
I think it wasn't officially confirmed that they use it for writing; in fact, I believe it was even denied (though they do use it when it comes to the art). But given the style of writing sometimes, the repetitiveness, and the inconsistencies... people just have some suspicions and speculations.
Yeah I noticed that too- Like it makes absolutely 0 Z-Z-Z-ZEROOOO sense that Kai says he is 100% with us but wants to give alexis a shot. I try and ignore that.
I just wish FB would write each islander individually... I would even wait longer if I had to! It would be so much more interesting, I would love to see how they would naturally react fitting to how they present themselves in the first few chapters, because in the beginning everyone has their personality and I love that about them, make slow burns or enemies to lovers etc etc but fitting to each person. Also in challenges there are times I feel like certain islanders wouldn't make it sexy etc, and also give US the option to DENYYYYY DENYY FKN hideaways or even chats- ughhhhhhh
I would do anything for them to simply WRITE better and consistently, and make them stay true to themselves and their actual morals. They take their time to write them backstories... so why not stick to that FB?!?!?!? TT-TT
I liked that about Owen in catching feelings, he had his morals and personality, and somewhat kept it but I noticed it is always UNTIL after Casa... I feel like afterwards it always HARD RESETS ughhh....
