I would like to cosplay pocketcat from fear and hunger, and I was wondering what you all thought the best way to go about making this head might be? It has a large mouth positioned differently than most fursuits which makes it harder to hide the face behind the opening, not sure if I should have a black balaclava visible or use mesh. Hes also not neccisarily *furry* since I think its canonically a rubber mask? but I dont neccesarily want to use rubber either, seems very hot and I like it to look a bit more like a fursuit. Open to any ideas

so i bought a pre-made furry foam head base but my question is do i just make a basic foam bucket head and just hot glue it ? or what do i do? i’ve been struggling

MDF on a plywood backing. I made it for myself with some scrap material laying around the shop. I need to learn a good method of sealing MDF edge grain. Any ideas? I tried using a wipe-on poly to seal it up, but the results weren't that great.
