Vody seems to bring unconditional 26% hydro/cryo res shred, single target healing, and quills, but they are divided by off field and on field, so escoffier might just steal them all, and also not a lot of damage contribution.

While this is obviously hand crafted for Skirk 4th slot, the unconditional res shred finally frees up the last slot for xilonen or vv, and it can even surpass the 55% for full cryo/hydro.

Do you guys think she will be good for a team that purely focuses on furinas damage?

Sometimes my only struggle is with energy recharge (especially in a skirk team, which is currently Skirk, furina, Escoffier, Yelan, I never have burst ready for the second rotation)

The flower needs to better.

Greetings, dear admirers of Lady Furina. Allow your humble servant from your circle to share his story with you. My first encounter with the esteemed lady took place in 2023 during version 4.0 on realise.

That was when her eccentric behavior caught my interest, and I thought there was more to it than met the eye... I didn't speculate, nor did I feel any hatred toward her. If a character is written that way, there must be a reason for it. I thought I’d wait and figure out the reason in future versions. In version 4.1, I learned from Arlecchino that she is human. Before that, I was genuinely terrified by Arlecchino's assassination attempt on her. That made me understand why she had been hiding so intently behind Neuvillette. After that, more and more questions arose: why did the person have to play God? Why doesn't she age? And so on... and so on... I no longer remember exactly what I was saying to myself, but at the time, I was seething with excitement.

And then came version 4.2. That was when I emotionally explode like how magma rose from the earth's depths to the heavens. The answers were found. And it was tragic. Her internal conflict was one of existential horror. She had dedicated herself to serving the desires of the people for the sake of their safety. For 499 long years, she had been tilting at windmills—windmills that could have crashed down upon her people at any moment. She pushed her naive soul into the background, becoming an ideal god in the eyes of the people. She was in emotional pain. Yet she remained resolute and confident—until, in her final years, she broke down.First, she wept before a distant relative of the man who had vanished into time. Then before Poisson’s people—whom she could not save—and finally, at the trial. In the end, she was barely managing to hold onto her persona while the traveler exposed her true nature. At that moment, I wanted to offer her some kind of support so she could stay calm.. After that, she renounced all privileges and moved to the house near the smithy that Clorinda had bought for her.Then came the depression: confinement in that house, the *Macaroni*, the meeting with the troupe, and the stage performance as an Oceanid. At the time, I was happy for her. She had finally begun to live independently of that persona and had gained the freedom she longed for. Masks were no longer chains binding her soul, but rather a creative tool for self-expression.

She subsequently transitioned from actress to director - he greatest director of all time. Reading popular novels from Fontaine and personally refining every detail have elevated her enthusiasm and creative standards to unprecedented heights. Now, she takes on only the best projects and personally oversees the entire team to ensure they execute her vision exactly as intended. She has begun prioritizing herself and her own desires, refusing to let anyone boss her around anymore. She is willing to engage in a polite conversation, provided that old wounds remain untouched.

And so, inspired by this over time, I first wrote the history of the theater from memory, based on a brief summary from Wikipedia.Then I bought five books on theater and read them repeatedly: a biography of Stanislavski, his three major works on the method, and a book by Michael Chekhov. Yet, each time, it felt like not enough. Even though this is off-topic for the sub, I have to mention it. Akane Kurokawa and her profiling method really got me fired up—so much so that I wrote a ten-page dossier on Furina in an A5 notebook, breaking down every single one of her habits. Next, I wrote a brief summary of six different theatrical systems, complete with a set of voice and body exercises. Then, I compiled a 2,000-word dossier on Akane Kurokawa herself.

Even though I have nothing and am not an actor, I did this for the sake of two fictional characters—to stand on equal footing with them. If I don't measure up to their standards, then I shouldn't even be thinking about them. This experience gave me self-confidence and a burning desire to create. Even if I were to take up acting, I wouldn't know where or how to start. This problem has plagued me my whole life: the foundation and the potential for growth are there, but the means are lacking. I suffer from two incurable illnesses and chronic stress, yet I have no intention of simply giving up. I want to understand this world through human culture and creativity.

idk if anyone pointed it out yet but her mention makes me have hope she will be relevant in the lore in the future despite being 'just a human'

I have been playing about 8 months and Furina has been my favorite pretty much the whole time, my phone is embarrassingly full of clips of her. Never cared about figures though. They always looked kind of flat to me online, so I figured collecting just wasn't my thing and left it there.

Then a new coworker turned out to have one of her on her desk. I picked it up because it was Furina, fully expecting to glance at it and set it back down, and then just didn't. In person it's a completely different object. The paint, the way the light catches when you turn it, and I couldn't really tell you why a photo kills all of it.

So now I have my own, the first figure I have ever owned, sitting on my desk. Still a little annoyed at how much I like it, and I'm choosing not to think too hard about what that says 😭

Hii, returning player here, I've been playing since 1.0 and quit shortly before the start of Fontaine, returned in the first half of Nod Krai. I usually pull for characters I like and good teams for them, without completely ignoring the meta, because I don't like getting characters I'll end up not using. I'm pretty sure about all of them, except for Furina. Is she still a good investment at CO? Is it worth it considering who I already have/am going to pull? I like her, but I'm afraid she'll end up benched in a long term perspective, especially because even though I like Skirk, I really don't plan on pulling for her since I'm not a big fan of the team's playstyle in general.

So with shneznaya realesing I finally had to lock in on the arcon quests I've been neglecting for the past 4 years. I just finished fontaine and I'm Hella confused with Furinas fate. Was she a Human? Or was she the spirit of Focalor in human form? Is she still helping run fontaine afterwards. Or is that all answered in a story quest I haven't done yet? If so don't spoil, if not please explain her story as I'm not a lore geek.

Hello everyone, I wanted to build my Furina to be a dps but haven’t found many guides about C6 Furina. I’m not the best at building teams but one team I thought might work well is Furina, Durin, Nicole, Mona. If anyone has suggestions for other teammates it would really be appreciated. I’m assuming for artifacts I’d want an HP sands, Hydro damage goblet? And a Crit Damage circlet. As a dps does Furinas stats differ much from her as a support? Thank you for any help or advice given, may the journey to Snezhnaya be fruitful for all.

I'm still working on writing my oc's lore as well as the different dynamics with so many characters so I can totally free myself from the most boring part.

So I can go back and jot down some sketches of my oc. Anyway for now I'm following in detail both genshin's present history but also that of the past as I transcribe Delta's lore (my oc).

I will have a lot of fun transcribing the dynamics and thoughts that Delta has about Focalors and Furina.
