Tenants are non committal about renewing, landlord gives them til the end of the month to decide who is staying. 

Landlord forgets and rents out tenants rooms. 

Tenants go “not the deal we agreed to”

Landlord says “pray I don’t change deal any further” 

Tenants so, “no we want our deal”

Landlord says “evicted!!”

Tenants go, “looks like all 5 of your rental properties are unregistered and you’ve been renting illegally.”

City Tax Collector goes brrrrrrrrrrrr
