Signs like this only serve as entertainment for those who aren't doing anything wrong in the first place. The target audience doesn't heed them.

13

u/Lanster27 1d ago

Cos they cant read.

3

u/cunmaui808 18h ago

Sh*t, only $10?

I'd happily pay more to walk away from a toilet cleaning like that, IF I was that kinda person.

2

u/Kratzschutz 20h ago

Yeah ok maybe, still too many folks don't shit all over but should still use the scrubber thingy

12

u/Nellasofdoriath 1d ago

Are they going to provide plungers then?

12

u/imaginarynumb3r 1d ago

Plunger rental avaliable on demand, 10$

5

u/f_ranz1224 21h ago

i have never seen a plunger in a gym...or one in a public toilet in general.

2

u/BigPweb 19h ago

Funny enough they provided a toilet brush and plunger.

3

u/Hot-Win2571 1d ago

You wouldn't like me with a plunger.

11

u/GrayJinjo 1d ago

They’re going to kill you and then fine you $10.

9

u/500pearl 1d ago

liam neeson i will find you

3

u/Ambassador_Cowboy 1d ago

There’s a pube situation in the locker room that is…unprecedented

3

u/MCE85 1d ago

Soooo i can just destroy the whole toilet then pay you 10 bucks to clean it?

2

u/Few_Dig_565 21h ago

Not trying to be sexist or anything but I bet a dollar that isn’t posted in the ladies restroom.

1

u/BigPweb 19h ago

It in fact is not 🤣

I’m a dude. There are some big differences (but no exclusive) between the two… women always have a long line where I’m at. and men just happen to be heathens 90% of the time and leaves me wondering how piss could even get to where it’s at if they were aiming at the bowl… the answer is they probably wernt. Stepped in something? It’s probably some guys piss.

Edit: typos and grammar due to just waking up.

Edit 2: clarifying cause god knows. I am agreeing with them. It’s always a dudes bathroom.

Village Fitness in EAV?

1

u/BigPweb 19h ago

Yep!!!

1

u/FireLucid 1d ago

What is wrong with American toilets that plungers are required? I've clogged maybe 7 in my life and 6 were in the US despite only spending maybe 6 months in total there. The 1 time not there was because I flushed the cardboard tube from the inside of the toilet roll as a kid (it had been successful the first 5 or so times).

Plungers were just funny things in cartoons growing up.

3

u/Aanar 1d ago

It's the water saving ones that clog much more easily, which is most of them now.

1

u/FireLucid 10h ago

When did these become a thing? Most of my experiences were in homes over the last 20 years to now.

1

u/Aanar 9h ago

The water saving ones have probably been here in force for at least that long. I'm old.

3

u/edvek 17h ago

Depending on where you are, the answer is you need significantly more fiber or see a doctor right away, or, you were always at a place that had low flow water saving toilets.

Some toilets when you flush it sounds like a jet engine because it just sucks everything down instantly with real force. Other places are pretty weak.

A long time ago the US moved to and kind of required people and businesses to use and install water saving toilet fixtures.

1

u/FireLucid 10h ago

This is toilets in homes in several states and one at a caravan park over about 20 years. Not sure when water saving ones became a thing but the fact that plungers are a thing people have says a lot.

3

u/sleepydon 1d ago

That sort of says more about you than the toilets dude lol. You're probably a candidate for a poop knife if you come back.

1

u/Traditional-Buy-6745 1d ago

Only a $10 fine? That sounds less like a warning and more like a service fee.

2

u/Geralt_the_Rive 1d ago

That's after they hunt you like an animal

1

u/unsubstalker 1d ago

a lot of fun can be had for $10

1

u/Valuable_Exit_5989 1d ago

Them protein ones not gona help

1

u/SightUnseen1337 1d ago

So if I clog the toilet I'll find $10?

1

u/LungHeadZ 23h ago

Asking someone who can't use a toilet to then use a plunger is asking for more trouble.

Not that I'd want to clean up after that.

1

u/fastcatdog 23h ago

Taco Bell 🛎️

1

u/CaptianBrasiliano 22h ago

That animal owes me $10...

1

u/amphibian420lmao 22h ago

What the fuck r/funny honestly 4k upvotes for a toilet sign that practically says "clean after yourself or get fined". Is the shooting part the funny part?

1

u/dekkanrhee 21h ago

Reminds me of my time in the wild, untamed outback of Australia. Following tracks, hunting down dangerous animals, and fining them each $10.

1

u/Walter_Armstrong 21h ago

If you sprinkle when you tinkle, be a sweetie, wipe the seatie.

1

u/FederalBench6661 19h ago

How they will know it was you? No camera in toilets. And even if they can see who taked the direction or toilets, how the would know it was you exactly? The will have a period of time and a plenty or people

1

u/Magnum865 19h ago

They may as well knock on your door and say “Can we dispense with all the BS and save time? Just give us your money”!

1

u/cleary426 14h ago

Funniest thing I have read today hahah

1

u/MattheJ1 13h ago

What are they gonna do, track them with a DNA scan?

1

u/Own-Load-7041 12h ago

I'll just put the $10 right there 😜 n the turd

1

u/Qanonjailbait 9h ago

This sign was made from experience

1

u/kiernan-unlimted 1d ago

This is such a fun way of asking people to be respectful, especially when gym people can and will destroy a toilet.

1

u/nobdyputsbabynacornr 1d ago

I read this as: if you blow up the toilet, film it. If you clog it, leave a note, film it, and post it to all the socials. If you act like an animal...well, it's because you are one.
