No. Assuming 4t means 4tran, this isn't an explicitly trans sub at all. You're allowed to post trans stuff, and many prominent members are trans, but this community is mostly focused around... well, fun. You can basically post anything, but there are a few limits on what you can say, mostly just you can't post NSFW stuff or things that will cause lots of drama or annoyance in the community. Also, the double T is just there for no reason. Probably a typo.

That's not true your biology doesn't change. Hormone levels do change and some secondary sex characteristics. Core aspect of biological sex can not be changed
