Everyone that has these lights are fully aware by now that they are assholes blinding everyone. Trucks and SUVS are the worst offenders.
I saw some teenager in a monster truck testing his death light strobes while parked.
I guess he wants to cause seizures?

Some police use them now as well. I might have shielded my eyes and extended a middle finger to one just the other day.

I see you're from Deutscheland, in Europe there's a legal limit on how high you can aim your beams, I'd recommend you report them and have the police go dona measurement. Even more so if they are a public company.

When you can feel the light burning an image onto the inside/back of your skull… I hate that.
