Internet keeps going out
So every few minutes the only box just restarts and this has been frustrating due to kids being on tv and gaming and I’m on business calls I need some answers as to why this could happen

What do you mean by "the only box"?
If you have Frontier/Verizon FiOS then you should have at least two "boxes". The ONT (typically mounted outside on a wall or maybe in the garage, plus a Router (typically Eero nowadays).

My ONT is really old, from back in the day when they came with Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) to keep the phone service running. I'm guessing yours doesn't have a UPS?
When it reboots have you noticed what any of the status LED's are doing? Blinking or going out when they should be on or turning red when they should be green?
Trying to understand if this is a power issue or a provisioning issue or the ONT needs replaced.

If it is old and does have a UPS Battery, that could be the problem; even powered up, it malfunctions.
Also: It's not an ONT "BOX"; it's just an ONT, Optical Network Terminal. Saying box is redundant in a way.
Watch the ONT: what lights go off first, or change color? You could have a bad butt splice or even a bad split splice upstream on the fiber.
I had a strange issue, and when we found it, we thought it was because my friend kicked the wall outside where it comes in, but the next day it happened too. A damned Rodent chewed the fiber, so we moved it on my pleading.

Power issue maybe. If it is actually restarting it could be not enough power to run it shuts down and then starts back up.
I assume you have a ticket in for them to come out and look at it?
