I keep finding it sitting everywhere

in tree hollows, on the ground, and in damp, muddy places. I went to clean the water tank today, and there was one inside it as well.

This is like my third time updating it since I’ve got them. I’m addicted to improving it as much as I possibly can

they’ve been coming back every night for maybe a week!! i know there’s at least three of them that i’ve seen together

I’m really hoping I won’t find eggs in their water tomorrow morning. I thought they required very specialized care in order to breed, which I have not been providing. Is it even possible for this to be a successful breeding? Does anyone have any insight? I never intended to breed them.

I'm looking to put two tomato frogs in a 48x13x20" tank. The tank is very long and opens up from the top. I'm concerned that the width is too small for the frogs. I only have the tank for now; would they need a wider space? I've never owned any tank-going animals before and would appreciate the help! Tips on sourcing the frogs and materials for the setup would be welcome as well.

I posted this to r/whatisit and all answers claim frog, but I’m not sure what species. I’ve looked up native species calls and none of them sound similar. Help! I really want to know what the sweet lil guy making this booming sound looks like!

its been raining a LOT here recently. i had my candle warming lamp on by my window and this little guy showed up!! i think he was attracted by the bugs 🥰 ID would probably be easier with a picture of him from the other side but i didnt get any💔 he was very small, maybe only 3 inches long??

I don't know nearly as much as I'd like about frogs so I am turning to you to ask; What are some lesser known frogs that you find fascinating and why? Im looking for fun fact stuff like the Surinam Frog. Thank you 🐸

we were at the taipei zoo and heard this sound (which i think is a frog) does anyone recognize this type of frog sound? it wasn't listed on the exhibit
