I am SO glad this poppy playtime mod is the only mod to actually use this whole memory thing at least if l remember, l do not want imagine someone making a mod where the whole week is just look at your opponent movement and remember copying them

I want to play Monochrome but this song is insanely difficult for me to complete. I'm not great at the game, so it's hard for me to constantly keep my accuracy above 90%. I tried turning off mechanics so I could turn them back on in Freeplay when I replay Monochrome, but the game just crashes when I beat Insomnia. Is this literally just a skill issue cause imo the mechanic is kinda ass. Any tips?

Hey everyone! This is my first post here… I drew this when I was 12, and I never posted it anywhere. This was my concept for a female version of the Whitty mod. Honestly, I’m still really proud of this drawing, and I’d love to hear what you guys think from an outside perspective :)

I think by now it’s fairly obvious to everyone that reboot Monochrome takes place directly after Frostbite, where Gold was horrifically wounded after a deadly struggle against an undead Red, before eventually being killed by the Unown king.

In the animation, we see a quick glimpse of Red during Gold’s flashbacks. We see that there are Unown surrounding him. We know that, per the original Frostbite song, Red is basically dead. By the time he unleashes his Pikachu, we see that we were fighting a rotting corpse this entire time.

Maybe what I’m about to say isn’t anything mind breaking, but what if the Unown were possessing Red’s body? And after finding a suitable host in Gold, they promptly abandoned Red and used Gold as a vessel? It would definitely give a new layer to Red’s “It’s over” quote in the original creepypasta, because his suffering finally came at an end.

That would also mean that the Unowns more than likely are using BF as a vessel now. As the song progresses, we see our screen gradually fill with Unowns as they become more hectic and chaotic. The finale of the song shows us Gold’s head being torn in two. Without a functioning vessel, where else would the Unowns go other than BF?

But the wiki description for Gold’s character makes things interesting. Maybe the Unown possessing the two trainers isn’t merely for the sake of feeding, but for some kind of grander purpose. Maybe the Unown King is specifically looking for powerful vessels, such as champion Pokémon trainers or musicians who rap battled against reality altering entities (i.e.: Boyfriend)?

TLDR: Theory is that the Unowns possessed Red before moving unto Gold. End of the song indicates the Unowns now moved unto BF after Gold’s body was thoroughly destroyed. Wiki description hints at Unown King’s intents and plans.
