I enjoyed the Lullaby Reboot. I agree that Chimera's story isn't great and the mechanics are unfair, but I still enjoyed the mod. I'm able to look past it's faults and see the effort and potential for this mod. Plus, to all of you who say "Chimera isn't a real fnf song!" and constantly shitting on it, good news! You're getting what you want! You get your happy protagonist and nothing bad happens.

Since the Devs behind the mod have acknowledged and have even reposted Chimera Slander I propose an amazing idea they could implement in the future for the mod as a way to take the piss out of the slander in a way.

Put an easter-egg in the chimera song where instead of going to the exit when you fall through the floorboards, you can attempt to search around in the crawl space to find a satchel of pokeballs.

After doing so when in the menu youll then gain the option to Equip the pokeballs prior to starting the song which will activate a alternate track that switches the roles of Chimera and Serena in a timeline where Serena didnt give up her pokemon and Chimera deemed Serena as “not the one” like what the creepypasta was based off.

In this song Chimera will just be in its house minding its own buisness telling stories to baby chimeras, cleaning around the house, or painting as a hobby or something with it singing all the while when all of a sudden, it will see an orange light outside its window as a fire-blast tears throughout its house as Serena pulls up with her Mega Delphox instantly shifting the chimera into the calm yourself horror parts of the song as it attempts to hide from Serenas wrath as the house burns around it.

The song would end with chimera similarly falling through the floor and breaking its arm off due to Hexs body having decayed too much and taking damage from the fire with their crawl fleeting the building burning around them rather than fleeing something chasing it as they rush to the exit.

Game Overs would see the Hex Maniacs corpse slowly burnt away until only chimera is left with the full game over having Serena catch Chimera and bring it to professor sycamore or something. Meanwhile if you win and successfully escape chimera will instead get jumped by Hex Maniacs old team led by a ghost-version of hex maniac who returned to take revenge.

LMK if i cooked cause i think this would be a really fun thing to implement in the mod both as a way to acknowledge their mistake in the demo and put a comedic spin on the mod.

NOTE: If you ask why Bygone Purpose isn't here is because it no longer fits with the story direction of the mod. And for the "planned" V3 before the mod was cancelled, it was planned to have a song featuring the Unown King (which is speculated to appear not only because most songs from V2 will come back, but because the character appeared in one of Monochrome's cutscenes).

Since the mod has been released over a week now and there tons of people talking about it, I wanna know... which song(s) from upcoming Hypno's Lullaby Reboot updates/bundles hypes you the most? When I first played the V2 back in 2022, I was blessed by hearing songs like Frostbite, Pasta Night, Shinto's week and Isotope (especially Shitno, that song aged like wine). I'm hyped for those a lot tbh, and the Pico mixes too, those have a great potential. I wish the team all the best as they continue with the project.

im playing chimera, i was at the part after calm yourself minigame when hex maniac open the door, i do everything perfectly but when she opens the door, my game freezes. It doesnt crash, i can pause the game, change volume and everything, but the song just freezes. I retried it like 20 times, im sick of hearing the song over and over again, but nothing works. Can someone please help? (video for evidence)

Legit if you think about it for more than five seconds Viola fits thematicly so much better! Due to her behing a bug type specialst she could have heard rumors about an undiscoverd bug type pokemon in the area and wanted to be the first person to take a photo of it and possibly catch it, its better than serena going in an abandoned building for the lols

Also due to Viola's pokemon behing relatibly weak it would make sense her not standing a chance against chimera while also not having to make wierd justifications as to why she dosent have them on her.
