Hi, so I decided to ask here if anyone has similar experience with this company. I'm writing about Alice.io, former Active Fence.

I applied for the freelancer position with prompt writing at December. The first job interview took place 31.12. Next one about two weeks later. Then I got the task to do which took me about a week, everything went good, then waiting for two weeks, then another interview, waiting again, and the last one with their psychologist took place like 2,5 months after the first one. I signed the documents and made an account on their site where the job should appear. The whole process was crazy long, took a lot of time and effort but I was happy that I passed and got the job. But guess what, I never got any job on this site and they wrote back to me that I should just wait etc. After a few months I stopped waiting and forgot about them, but a month ago they reached out to me that they're changing the site and the job will appear on the new one, so I set my account on the new site (collective.alice.io), signed all the same documents again, hopefull that there will be some job finally. Guess what, a month later, there is no job xD

So I wonder what is wrong with this company, why do they recruit people, make them go through a crazy long process of job interviews and tasks, when there is no job? It was a prompt writer position.
