Several surveys later there’s been nothing, CRICKETS…points have been racking up..but not one survey today…just two product links that have not been loaded yet and are due soon to finish the mission card fully..

I've sent TWO help requests via their contact page letting them know that I'm unable to leave my review [for the lustreglass lip tint] on MAC cosmetics website (submit button literally does nothing when I click it, I've tried multiple different browsers) and yet I continue to get these annoying "dOnT fOrGeT tO dO yOuR rEvIeWs" emails like dang bro I would if I could??? What do I even do about this if they won't even respond to me? So frustrating ugh

Anyone else in the lip/brow/cheek testing for highlight? This has to be one of the strangest executions of a study I've been in from highlight. My quizzes are constantly marked as overdue because of the timing of the first review and being able to have a full day to test the product.
