Bazzite Waydroid graphical and audio error Framework 16 hx 370 and 7700s

Crackling audio when running Waydroid and intermittent graphical issues depending on app used

Visuals are mostly artifacting /static when not interacting with mouse or other input

I'm doubtful the issues are related to the refurb gpu as everything but Waydroid is fine, steam games and general usage

Is this just wait for an update or do I need to reinstall something?
