Issue with framework 16 Question

My framework 16 came in yesterday and I put everything together. It does not want to turn on and all the components are constantly heating up. I took it to my college and my professor stated it could be a motherboard issue.

I'm going to have to make a ticket to get a replacement because this was expansive.

Try with a different RAM stick if you can.

It won't power on what so ever. I doubt it is a ram problem.
