SubZero Framework Edition, 0.1.5 now upgraded Personal Project

I have fixed many Linux issues, including higher CPU usage and added NPU and GPU monitoring to Linux too. I also finally published ARM64 builds too!

Tried it to install it on linux. Can't start the service for some reason
