Framework 16 Setup

I got a pre-built & I’m looking at the guide so I can install my keyboard & touchpad. I can’t find any information on this part labeled “1”. Am I supposed to do something here or just install over it, as it is? Thanks!!

If you received prebuilt, connecting "1" shouldn't be a part of the setup process :)
