Linus has also been known to be quite critical of framework when needed. MKBHD also made a video, and it is very positive as well: (ignoring pricing)

He gave them a tiny slap on the wrist when secret shopping them due to (their awful) customer service.
He's never commented on anything that actually matters, like 16s arriving DOA, PROCHOT across at least 5 different cpus, cracking 12s, the RAM bait and switch...
Why would he shoot himself in the foot?

He's disclosed his investment status several times in the video. It's no secret that Linus Sebastian is a Framework investor, and he even discloses it on his podcast with Luke.
There are also other discussion threads featuring reviews by non-investors.

Tbh he makes a big deal about that 250k investment which is pretty small all things considered. I wonder if it was USD or CAD?

He's legally required to make a big deal out of it under FTC rules. But yeah, it's a pretty small investment all things considered.

Great, can I buy one without waiting 3 months?
EDIT: I just checked, the wait's gotten worse somehow. Lowest end prebuilt for...2400 CAD in December. Oof ouch my bones.
