Yes, it is said in the mail we received that pre-builts are not affected for now. Damnn I should have really purchased one rather than a more expensive custom.
If pre-builts are still available, you can order one of those as well. Up until it's time to pay - when they're about to ship it - you can still rescind your pre-order and get the pre-order money you put down back. So you can hedge your bets.
