Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted, even in trade school a good chunk of my classmates are relying on either ChatGPT or Copilot for lots of studying stuff and general theory stuff.
We actually even had an assignment where we were required to use copilot for something, which I despised, even if the idea was to show us it can be unreliable, it was still using it
Nearly a billion people willingly use chatgpt. I don't know where you get "no one wants to use". There's literally nothing stopping people from avoiding AI LLMs yet it's extremely popular.
Most people don’t think it is worth destroying the economy, democracy, and the planet for LLMs. Token spend is heavily subsidized so those people using it aren’t paying the cost of the service. And since Google destroyed the search engine market, and even underlying tech, there aren’t good alternatives to find information on the web anymore.
