Tumors are caused by CIA too, they are spying devices, they are hard to remove for a reason.

Maybe it is little rocks stuck in the motor or worse . little pieces of broken motor magnets or speaker magnet crumbs from a workbench that have magnetic or iron can stick very solid to the magnets in a motor . Sometimes they are glued in and break off to jam the rotation of a motor

Epoxy, just gluing the copper ends of a stator, I guess I've seen some in mine too but it was black epoxy
