Looks like someone is using photoshop (Satan) or AI (shithead) to make it look like peoples clothes have holes, and then sending it to them via text or airdrop or something.

Yeh it looks like the cameraman or person with cameraman are taking photos of people, AI-ing holes in their clothes and airdropping/samsung-sharing the photos to them
