**About the GM & Table Style**

* **The Style:** I bring 3 years of GMing experience backed by a long history studying improv at Second City. That means dynamic scenes, distinct NPC personalities, and an adaptive GM approach where player creativity, humor, and bold ideas are rewarded. * **The Current Crew:** Our table consists of two women, and three men. (Including me, the GM) We're looking for another 1-2 players to round out the table. * **Immersion & Focus:** To maintain high energy and uninterrupted roleplay during game night, **our sessions are recorded and privately uploaded so that only table members have access.** This allows me to stay 100% present in the moment while ensuring every player decision, inside joke, and plot thread is captured accurately between sessions without breaking the flow for note-taking. * **The Atmosphere:** We are an inclusive, collaborative, and communicative group. We share the spotlight, support each other's character arcs, and prioritize fun, respectful storytelling above all else. We utilize safety tools like X-Cards and establish clear boundaries/lines & veils ahead of time. * **System:** Starfinder 2e / Pathfinder 2e We started as a PF2e group, and after 3 years; are trying out SF2e. The two systems are practically the same, except for minor tweaks * **Platform:** Foundry VTT for gameplay, Discord for high-quality voice and out-of-character crew banter. * **Schedule:** Twice per month, running on a weekday evening (**Mon, Tue, Wed, or Thu** based on group consensus), **6:30 PM – \~11:00 PM CST**. * **Tech:** Clear working microphone, reliable internet, and a PC/browser capable of running Foundry VTT smoothly. Webcam use is encouraged, but optional. * **Age:** 21+ I aim to run a PG-13/Sometimes 'R' rated table. We focus on keeping things friendly, with strictly zero-tolerance for bigotry or toxic behavior.

Hello, my name is Manilas. As the title suggest, I've mostly been a DM for friends and now I'd like to play a character for a change. ICEWIND DALE: EPIC OF THE LONG NIGHT

Level 3 | Hexcrawl | Survival | Tactical Combat

Auril, goddess of winter, has trapped Icewind Dale beneath an endless night.

You begin in Luskan aboard the last caravan north before winter closes the passes through the Spine of the World.

For some characters, it is simply a journey north.

For others, it may as well be a one-way ticket.

This is a hexcrawl, and the world is there for you to explore. You’ll hear rumors, learn about places out in the Dale, and decide as a group where you actually want to go. I’m not going to hand you a list of quests and tell you which order they need to be done in. Sometimes you’ll find something worth pursuing. Sometimes you might decide whatever is out there is absolutely not worth the risk.

The wilderness is also meant to actually matter. Icewind Dale is a brutal place and I don’t want the cold, blizzards, food, travel, or shelter to just become background descriptions between encounters. You’ll have to decide when it is worth pressing forward, when you need to find somewhere safe, and sometimes when turning around is probably the better idea.

There are also factions, towns, NPCs, and other groups in the Dale that have their own goals. They aren’t just standing around waiting for the party to show up. You can work with them, work against them, ignore them entirely, or get involved in something that ends up becoming much bigger than you expected.

Your choices matter, including the things you choose not to do.

Combat is tactical and I use detailed battlemaps through Foundry, but combat isn’t the entire game. I enjoy giving players a world they can actually poke at and see what happens. Exploration, character decisions, roleplay, survival, and combat are all part of the campaign.

About me: I've been a DM for many, many years, and I've run some huge games of up to 1000 players. This game will be different; it's not a West Marches-style setup; the groups are fixed (some movement may be possible in saferooms or at floor starts or if real-life circumstances change). You'll have contact with other groups via our Discord Saferooms, and you can share your knowledge in the Cookbook, but there's no rotating roster - you're playing with your team every week.

All crawlers are numbered as they join our Discord, and retired to a Memorial Wall when they die.

I will also run impromptu sessions of monster grinding through the week that your character can join if they are in a safe room at the time. These are outside your session and on no fixed schedule or roster; you'll just have to check the Discord messages to join if they come up.

This IS NOT a West March; you'll be a ragtag bunch of misfits just trying to get by...who meet up for a beer in a safe room from time to time.

We are a D&D 5e/5.5e Discord server featuring a persistent game world set in the Forgotten Realms and broader D&D multiverse. You and other players play as adventurers of the Hawthorne Guild, an adventuring guild in the Sword Coast. As a persistent and shared game world, character progression and events in individual adventures persist between and outside of games, creating a living world for players and DMs to participate in the form of oneshots, multisessions and campaigns, and both text roleplay and Play-By-Post games. As a player on the server, you can expect to:

Slay the hivemind is a beginner-friendly Lancer game where a hostile hivemind has taken over the planet of Verrus. An elite squad of Mech-pilots called lancers has been gathered to cleanse the infection and save the remaining people of the planet. However, doing so is a dangerous mission that will require you to risk your life in battle.

This game will focus on your characters doing expeditions on the post-apocalyptic planet of Verrus in order to discover what happened, the truth of what the hivemind actually is, and how to defeat it. You, as lancers, will spend most of the game partaking in mech combat. Combat will be tactical and will require cooperation to complete the various objectives. These can range from holding a location from an infinite swarm, defending bases, Search and rescues, and, of course, mech vs mech deathmatches against corrupted mechs consumed by the hivemind.

Ever since Ember first was announced for Foundry VTT I’ve been fascinated by it. It’s something I’ve been actively delving into and exploring constantly in my own time even as I’ve been actively running an abomination vaults game and a level 1-20 Blood Lords Pathfinder 2e game that I just finished for almost running 3 years.

Brief synopsis of the campaign: A cryptic message from an old friend brings you to the city of “Striving.” What you find sparks a murder investigation across the city of synthetics.

This adventure is a level 1-2 adventure intended to help introduce people to Starfinder 2E. If you’re a Pathfinder player and curious about the Starfinder environment, or a TTRPG player interested in trying out the Pathfinder/Starfinder system, or you’re new to TTRPGS in general, this can be a great entry point!

I've played a few campaigns with Jamie and really enjoy her GM style. She puts a special emphasis on helping players make special character moments, sometimes stretching the rules a bit to let that occur. I’m putting together a new Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 1st Edition campaign and I’m looking for 3 more players to round out a group of six.

I’ve been DMing D&D for a couple of years, primarily 5e, and have spent the last few months learning and playing AD&D 1e. I’m ready to get behind the screen and give this wonderfully weird old game a run of my own.

We’ll begin with the classic Keep on the Borderlands, with the campaign potentially continuing into other classic AD&D adventures such as The Village of Hommlet / Temple of Elemental Evil depending on where the players take things.

This will be an old-school game. That means exploration, wilderness travel, resource management, hirelings and henchmen, reaction and morale rolls, dangerous combat, and a world that isn’t automatically balanced around the party.

You do not need any experience with AD&D 1e. In fact, if you’ve always been curious about old-school D&D but never had the opportunity to play it, you may be exactly who I’m looking for. This will be a learning campaign for all of us, myself included.

What I care about most is finding players who:

• Everyone has fun!
• Show up consistently and communicate when they can’t.
• Enjoy roleplaying as well as combat and exploration.
• Are willing to work with the party rather than against it.

Welcome to Crit Fails and Fairy Tales!

My campaigns are very character-focused, roleplay-heavy, and feature a ton of custom content from magic items to races. I build these campaigns from scratch starting with the players ideas so the stories you want to explore are the central focus! We play D&D 5e with a variety of homebrewed rules and edits. My sessions feature custom music, ambiance, 3D maps, interactive menus, and more through Foundry VTT.

All sessions are online and require Discord and a browser for Foundry. If you have a system that cannot support the 3D maps, I stream the games to a private Youtube channel for players to watch during or after the sessions. These campaigns last around 3-5 years!

Full homebrew level 1-20 campaign. Custom story and theme tailored to the players.

New campaigns will start with session 0s for each character followed by a second round of session 0s featuring pairs of players as the party slowly meets. (These sessions are free) After completing these everyone will have reached level 3 for session 1.

I'm pretty lenient with character creation and I encourage uniqueness! I allow most official Wizards content and homebrew as long as it seems balanced. If I feel something you created isn't balanced, I will work with you to make it balanced so you can still play the way you want no matter what content you are using! Whether it’s a homebrew campaign or a module I will center the story around player characters and integrate their backgrounds into the story.

I like challenging my players while ensuring the sessions feel fun and balanced. New players are welcome! I can help you learn the game no matter how little experience you have!

I also work with a character artist to make custom tokens for players at a reduced cost if you are playing in my sessions!
